Default Car pulls to the right

My car pulls to the right. If pull my hands of the steering wheel while driving ( on a straight road) The wheel turns hard to the right.

I may note, I just got an aligment not too long ago. By ovious means, I think it may be the caliper.

Reason why im posting in suspention I figured it could possible be something else.

If one does suspect the caliper, mabey the pistons is getting stuck or something, can I take the caliper off and try to free up the piston or whaqt do you suggest?

ok, dumb post, obvious signs of a caliper going bad, piston sticking.
