Default New to Honda-Tech

Just purchased a 2007 SI w/ 9k on the clock. I've read about the rev hang issue for the 2006 SI's and am having the same problem w/ the 07'. I searched around and only saw the post on the 06. Is there a thread I'm missing? Anyone know if there is a fix for this? Pretty annoying.

Cheers.

----actually found more info on it. mine is definetly hanging, have/driven other drive by wire vehicles that have had none. what a pita.

i am pretty sure you can go to a honda dealer and have them reflash your ecu to remidy the problem. i heard that from someone on here. even so, the rev hang was supposed to be fixed from the factory on '08s and my '08 has it. congrats on the new car man. hope you enjoy it.

Thanks for the info. Love the car so far. All I can say bad, is about the rev hang issue and maybe I should have waited for the blue.

Cheers.

The rev hang sucks. The blue doesn't! Lol. Definitely worth the wait.
