Starting earlier today whenever i am accelerating my e-brake light comes on. If i am just cruising it will go off but as soon as i hit the gas it comes on. I have no idea what this could be from so if anyone has any ideas or how i can fix or adjust my ebrake that would be great. Also if it mattersi bled my brakes 4 days ago. Hopefully someone can help me out. thanks

 

tighten the ebrake cable. see if that makes a difference.

i was just reading the manual and it said that when there is not enough brake fluid the light will come on. So i checked it and i was low, so i topped it off and the light doesnt come on anymore. The thing that worrys me though is that i am pretty sure i topped it off on friday when i bled them. I guess i will have to wait and see.

 

Well You Bled the Brakes so most of the fluid went to the lines. Did you fill it up agian after you bled it?

 

Yeah after I bled them it was topped off, so i closed the hood and didnt check the level of the fluid until this light came on. I also installed speedbleeders so there could possibly be a leak with one of those or i didnt tighten them enough. I am going to check that tomorrow and keep an eye on the fluid level
