Sure its not a JDM B18b? Take a pic of the head date code (left side of the head above the exhaust mani) and take a pic of the stamp 
Might want to try the right region also. All of us here live in So Cal and Hmotors is just a short drive. GL

well there isnt a spot last time i checked for cen cal. also the head is stamped 93 and yes it is a b18b. Motor is jdm....i wrote ls by nature. thanks for the bump.

If its stamped 93 you have a 94 JDM B18b on your hands . Honda stamped the heads a year back... so a 95 motor's head will read 94 and so on.
