My friend and I are installing Buddy club Valve spring in my JDM B18C motor. However when we install the inner valve springs on the Spring Seat some of them sit on tight while some others sit loose.

And the same for the retainers. Some fit tight and others have a relaxed fit.

How are they to sit? All seated freely? or are they to fit on tight

PS when i say tight i mean tight as in the like lodge themselves on the seats and retainers and i would have to use a pliers or a screwdriver to pry them off.
