Default Anti theft clutch switch??????

ok so my last car you didn't have to press in the clutch to start it, and I got used to that, so I don't think I have to tell you how many times I got in the car and just turned the key out of habbit . I found a DIY on how to disable this feature on another site and did it today (snip the wire behind the clutch and twist them togeather) and I was wondering , couldn't you run a wire from this to some hidden switch somewhere in the car , thus when the switch is not on , car can not be started?????

just one of those random thoughts I had and thought I'd throw it out there, tell me what yall think

Isn't this switch also used by the cruise control, if so equipped?

and when u realized most thieves can push start a car u will cry ur *** off when they steal your car. Heres a smarter one, tap a switch into ur main relay. No fuel = no running car at all
