Default H22 Head: Euro or USDM?

How do i tell if i have a Euro H22 Head or an USDM head?? Is there any way?

Well if your block reads H22a7 you got yourself Euro R. If you got H22a you got yourself Type S....However..you asked about the head? hum..WEll do you have a diffrent block & head>? hum..

If block # reads following....
h22a1 usdm
h22a jdm
h22a7 euro R

Yeah, that would be easy if it were the whole engine but since i got just the head i'm faced with the problem presented towards you.... Thanks though
