i stopped at the store and went inside and turned the lights/car off and came back to it and these lights would not come back on i checked all the fuses and bulbs all were good still dont know whats wrong, n e ideas?

 

Your checking the wrong fuse. Almost 100% sure

 

all fuse's and regulators have been checked im positive
