H&R Sport, Neuspeed, or Tein S.tech??
I'm planning to do my suspension next and I can't decide on which springs and shocks to get. This car is for daily driving and not going to be taken to the track or anything, but I will be doing some spirited driving and want a little better handling. I also don't want the ride to be too stiff and not too uncomfortable.
I've done some research and so far I'm leaning towards the H&R Sport F-1.75" R-1.5" with a 276/lbs spring rate for both front and rear. Only problem is I hear the the spring make the rear look really high than it should. Neuspeed Sports are about the same drop but is a softer progressive spring.
With the Tein S. Tech is a F-2.5" R-1.7" and F-335/lbs R-274/lbs progressive spring. It's a little too much of a drop in the front for me. Is that the final drop after it's broken in or sags or is that the actual drop when you put them on?
KYB AGX, Tokico Illuminas, and Koni Yellows are the way to go for shocks but I want to know how are they different. Seems like Koni is top, but I don't know why, they are all adjustable right?
Sorry for the long post.

H&R and Neuspeed are almost the same handling and ride-wise. You shouldnt have a problem with either. And no, it does not make the rear higher, its an even stance. As for the shocks, there's no need on spending $450 on Koni yellows for a daily driver unless you got the spare cash. They do come with a lifetime warranty, adjustable stiffness and perch height. For $100-120 less, you can have your pick at the KYB or Tokicos.
There is a reason why some suspension companies, like Tein, drop the front more than the back and it has nothing to do with looks. They do it because front wheel drive cars have more understeer during hard cornering than rear wheel drive cars.Having the front lower than the back helps keep the back end of the car looser creating oversteer. That helps front wheel drive cars get around corners better.
Does anybody have pic. of the H&R "Race" spring on there teggy? bc i am planning on getting those but was wondering how it would look ahead of time....the drop is 2.0 and 1.75 in the back. The Neuspeed "Race" spring are about the same drop but more pricer.
