car pulling to the right, need help!!
Hi guys, A month ago I changed my left side upper control arm, I had an adj. camber in there, had the car aligned and no problem or pulling except that the upper arm was hitting the wheel well. Since that camber on that side was going bad anyways I decided to replace it with the one that came with the new upper control arm and ball joint and have the car re-aligned. Well I did that and also changed the sway bar links and link bushings, no more hitting on the wheel well. Later that day I also installed a new set of brembo rotors and honda pads and then realigned the car. After doing this the car is now pulling to the right as I drive. I brought it back to the shop and they checked the aligment. 3 of my cambers are slightly out of spec, but that should not cause the pulling, am I right? The shop rotated the tires and it still pulls and they don;t have any other suggestions. When I changed the sway bar links I did notice that the right lower ball joint has a little play, could this be the reason why it is pulling. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Print out of the alignment enclosed.
negative camber is to be expected when you lower the car without a camber kit. But why does the right front have positive camber?
when you were at the alignment shop, they should have told you if your right lower ball joint was bad.

I would suggest to replace lose balljoint and redo the alignment. They should of caught that b4 the did the allignment. When you do an alignment with lose parts its just a waste of time. The machine will show a perfect reading, but as soon as you get it off the lift, it'll change due to lose balljoint. I would say thats your best bet.

The right side still has an adjustable camber. The left doesn't becasue it was going bad and I replaced it with a stock one and Honda service dept told me I don't need an adjtustable because the car is lowered only like 1.2 inches. But judging by this I might need a camber for the left side but it would make the car hit the wheel well.

That front camber difference is more than enough to account for the car pulling to the right. The rule of thumb is that anything over about 0.5° difference in side to side camber can cause a noticable pull, and you have 1.62° difference! Camber causes a wheel to 'steer' toward the side to which the camber is leaning, and you have camber leaning to the right on both sides at the front.
You also have a signifcant camber difference at the rear, but I wouldn't be worried about it unless the car still pulls after you get the front end sorted. Replace any worn parts before you proceed to alignment, as already suggested.

I want to thank everyone who replied. My issue has been solved. The front camber difference was most likely the problem. I spoke with a senior honda technician and he told me that because I had to different set of cambers in the front, that could cause a pulling. I installed the same adjustable camber on both side and had the car religned and no more pulling. The specs now read 0.8 left and 0.9 on the right on the camber.
My upper control arm is slightly hitting because it is too close to the body, but I am going to shave off it a little bit.
Once again thanks all.
