Default Alumapro 15 FARAD C.A.P. how to wire this up with a BACK UP BATTERY? HELP PLEASE

I know how to wire this up to my stock battery but I want to do a back up battery so I can listen to the audio when the car is not started and it well only drain the back up so when its all drain ill start the car with the main battery.

Only problem is I dont know how to wire the back up battery with the C.A.P.

I have a relay and stinger sr200 that came with the C.A.P and a extra sr200 when I had my back up battery set up.

So how would I go about doing this, I try searching for wireing diagram but no luck on how to hook up the CAP with back up battery

If this is all confuseing sorry but I try my best to explain, if you need more info ill try to make it more clear

BREAK DOWN: I want some help on how to wire up a alumapro CAP with a back up battery, every step starting from begaing to end.

Here you go.
http://www.stingerelectronics....m.pdfhttp://www.stingerelectronics.com/tech_department/SR200%20multiple%20batt%20DIAGRAM.pdf

Then hook up your amp and cap as normal to the second battery in the rear.

Ahh the ignition switch? Actually depending on car many hondas have a spade connector in the fuse panel that will show voltage when the key is in the run/on position.
