i know this sounds like a newb question, but i just got my momo **** and boot and i cant ******* figure out how to install the boot. its threaded on the inside, but there is nothing to screw it on to or to screw into it. any advice is welcome. thanks

What kind of car?

On tegs there is a plate that the boot wraps around, my guess is it would be the same/simmilar for other scars as well.
