Default trany probs

Working on a 94 [acthard]accord.I put new driveaxles on an auto accord and two days later the d4 light starts to blink. On the third day it starts to make a noise [bad hub/axle].So my question is has anyone else had a hard time with install or do i have another prob?

I think i koow why i have the blinking d4 light.[found broken wires] but coulda bad hub cause light? what is the best why to test front hub?

humming when driving straight.clicking when turing left[just like a bad axle]

how can i test accord front hub?
