I got an 97 integra and the windshield wiper switch was broken the windshield wipers would not come on and the washer pump motor would stay on, so i replaced the switch and now the pump is fixed but the windshield wipers will still not come on...the rear wiper works and both washer pumps but no wipers....i checked fuses and they r all good.....anyone got any answers....

 

I had this problem too. Ended up being the stalk that turns on the windshield wipers was broken on the inside. It wasn't made very well and its just an easily broken piece of plastic in there. Did you get a brand new stalk or a used one?

 

I got a used one from the junk yard...

 

Take it apart carefully and look inside. That little plastic piece is probably broken.

Well i took it apart and checked it and its all good its not broken at all....any other suggestions?..?

 

Only other thing I can think of is bad wiper motor
