what comp. is safe

I have a set of JE pistons the comp. is 9.8:1 I got iron dutile sleeves in my gsr block. I was wondering how much boost I can safely run I want to run 12psi.

12 PSI........hrm....wouldn't go higher than 10:1.

SCC has a 11.5:1 at 7 PSI on 91 octane.
