anyone know anything about this....??? im talking more about ground clearance issues and how much lower it would be sticking out from the bottom..
reason why i ask is because my stock resonator was torn to **** because my car was so low...

If your stock resonator was "torn to ****," then you're going to have worse luck with a 3" aftermarket exhaust.
Either raise your car up, or stop running over stuff.

Sounds like your car is too low, possibly so low it's causing worse handling than if at a more reasonable ride height.
Excessive lowering messes with your geometry, not just the geometry you can see like camber, but also the geometry you can't see like the lenght of the 'virtual swing arms' and the location of their 'instant centres' and the resulting locations of the geometric roll centres.

That basically sums it up! lol It will only get worse with larger piping if you leave the car at the same height. As stated above, raise it up or avoid debris and other articles in the road!
