Need help about account problem Modo help required
This is the only place i can post, my account isn't upgrading from trial to normal...it's been over 2 weeks and the only place i can post is here not even in other forum, only in ep3/dc5? i can't send instant message to moderator to get help. If any mod see my message, can you help me!
that doesn't sound right?

Who told you it was only a 2 week trial? You also need 20 posts.
