tranny leak in my Da
i have a real quick question i just want to kno if this has happened to anyone else. my tranny is leaking oil from my radiator or right from the bottom of the passanger side of the radiator i havent torn anything apart yet i just wanted to kno if there is a hose that comes from the radiator to the tranny to cool it?if not what could it be?

If it is an automatic...yes. If it is a five speed, no. There is a feed line and a return line to cool the auto tranny that runs through the radiator, so you could either have a hose leaking or the reservoir for the tranny fluid leaking. This is located in the bottom part of the radiator. Keep in mind that the coolant and the tranny fluid DO NOT mix.

but i love my teg ....so its the tube coming from the passanger side of the radiator on the bottom? thanx alot. helped alot...just curious what happens if tranny oil and coolant get mixed?

I am just saying that if you were not aware...the two do not mix in the radiator...there are two seperate chambers in the rad. Good luck!
