you might want to check your air filter. one time i was driving on the freeway and was pushing it, but my car topped out at 110mph, i dont know exactly what rpm that was, but it wouldnt go any more than that, even though i was full throttling it. later, i checked my intake, and my filter was super duper clogged. after i cleaned it, my car was back to normal and it ran fine.

 

is it like a limiter feeling, like it jerks forward kinda at seven or a top speed governer feeling?

 

Just like a rev limiter at 7000! and goes no more doesn't matter what gear.

 

is there a check engine light?

Were you at operating temp?? Oil level full??

 

What "stock ecu" did you put back in?

 

Everything work find when I change the ecu 2 the chip one. today But the syock one just started 2 do out out the blue. My check engine light is always on when stock gsr 0bd2a. NO 2nd o2. chip p28 is working fine know . Thank everyone
what will make the ecu 2 do that it may just need a reset. maybe let me know

You have a huge throttle body for a basically stock NA motor.

And you're stock ignition system would do just fine on your setup.
