Recently my civic has been asting stupid. Everytime i swich gears and I step on the gas it doesnt take the gas right away i have to step on the pedal harder and that for every gear its imposible to go up a hill on 1st and its not the clutch cuz i had a clutch go on me b4 and these arent the symptoms any1 can help me out

I'm still assuming you have a '92 Civic hatchback, since you completely neglected to mention what car you were having problems with.

Sounds like your throttle positioning sensor is out of whack - that happens when they get ready to crap out. They act up, do stupid **** like that, and you don't even get a CEL until they completely die.
