if they are not some high end jdm pieces, i would assume they are SPA formula CF mirrors with oem sidemirror block plates.

Those look like generic Lockhart Phillips CF motorcycle mirrors. Not saying they are but they look like it. I would imagine visibility is terrible with those things though.
yeah im not sure the brand but i know my buddy has these on his bike, or something very similar to it.

Yes they are Magical Racing RR Carbon Mirrors, Type One head black long stem that Ryan used with OEM blockoff plates. They are japanese aftermarket motorcycle mirrors.
You can actually order a set here with free shipping, they get to the states pretty fast.

Actually they provided a much wider vew then any mirror I've owned. I had the Type 3 head though.
