120k miles on it. Slow leak from where CV joint goes into tranny.
Its there from when i did my swap. Must of busted a seal in there. Other than that its fine. Look for a swap soon to M2b4.

185,6xx on a h22a4 1999. sometimes trouble getting into first gear. but no unusual grinding. looks to be leaking from the top. honda mtf was just replaced couple of months ago.
1993 h23 M2S4
245,000 miles, same clutch as when i bought car at 120K. And I have been really beating on tranny since adding VTEC and revving everything up over 7 at times.
works perfectly except 3rd gear synchro's starting to go a little.. but hardly noticeable

When my clutch was warped, high rpm would blow shifts in any gear. 1st was a little sticky most of the time... and for some reason the clutch pedal was very stiff. Changed disc, Pressure plate, Flywheel, its all good now.
160K on my 97SH and having some current issues with a screeching noise starting out in 1st gear along with the hard shifting in all gears when its cold. Clutch was replaced at 100K with an OEM replacement.
im at 167k in 99 sh, shifts as smooth as when it had 2 miles on it

Downshifting into first while your moving is suppose to be hard to do!
Why can't people take off in second? I can go from stop np in 2nd gear. Maybe its just the h23 tranny.

hmm.... let me think....CLUTCH. starting in 2nd will cause more heat, making it wear out faster. Because of less torque by gear reduction in 2nd gear, more torque must be applied to engine and clutch to get the same movement out of car. Why can't people? they can. They just know better.
