wel since pretty much everything runs through the ecu its kinda hard to have it narrowed down. what all have you checked?
any aftermarket gauges or sterio?

one mistake i made in teggy when i first got her is hooking up the amp n head unit to a harness with the wiring clipped...when i turned off the car the amp stayed powered on and killed battery in a week
no system , when my buddy had the car before me he had soome vac line hooked up wrong to his blow off valve and it blew the fuse some how from then on if the fuse was in it would turn the main fuel relay and a couple other sensors on under the hood on if it is out they dont run i replaced all the sensors with no luck

hmmm i have never heard that one before?
the best bet might be time consuming, but unplug something each night and see if it is dead in the morning and right down what you unplugged.
no the dumb questions
1)have you had the batt tested
2)how are the connections?
