Default CRX autocrossers.. look

Ok, what setup are you running. im looking for a PERFECT setup.. tired of this car pushing. I want to find someone with a perfect setup, and go from there.

So starting from scratch... CRX with B series engine... What setup do you have... AUtocross.
Please any tips will help.. I want to know sway bar sizes and what suspension your using.. this will be JUST a autocross car.. no longer a daily driver.

Not to say that I have the BEST setup, but I like it alot.

Koni SA's
GC's 400lbs front, 450 lbs rear.
NO front sway bar
ST rear sway bar.
ES Bushing kit.
Quaife
Hawk HP+ pads

I get very little understeer, if any

I still run the D16 so with your B16, you way want 450# in the front and 500# rear.

my friend is running the following:

stock front swaybar
Suspension Techniques rear swaybar
550# up front, 600# in the rear, i believe.
koni yellow shocks
205-45/13 tires on 13x8 diamond wheels
tires really do make a difference......
and don't forget to check tire pressure!! i try to run about 4-6lbs more in the back than in front..

has no problems with pushing.

I've got GC's with 500 front, 600 rear... ADDCO rear swaybar, stock front, Koni externally adjustables, some bushings, 13x8 Diamonds with some Kuhmo Victoracers.... I have a B16 under the hood... I've run one event in SM2 with this setup, and I took first place. the car rotates very easily, and is a HOOT to drive!!!

Hey sir, i run in sm2 also and i get gettin SPANKED by 2 seconds consistently by this 12 psi turboed miata with 13x9 inch rims on HOOOOSIERS...

Currently we have a ITR headded B17 with sppooon cams... Now we are running 14x5.5 rims with kuhmo v700 compounds.. If we went to a 13x8 or 13x9 rim and some hoosier slicks we should be able to kick his *** right???
Thanks for the advice..

ALSO, im trying to tell my friend that on an autocross track, YOU NEED THE car light in the rear, as in drift happy... He doesnt like it like that so we are always PLOWIN all over the course. ahaha..

Hoosiers will make a huge improvement. Miata's handle REALLY well, if you want to beat him, you'll need the Hoosiers.
