Default engine swap Type R

i have a automatic 98 Honda Civic ex, i want to buy a manual 96-97 B18C Honda type R engine it comes with the full engine, tranny, axles, mounts, wires, ECU, intake, headers, and the clutch is alrdy mounted to the engine. I have heard it will be as simple as plug in and play, besides the part were i cahnge it to 5 speed manual tranny.

if any one could give me advice or tell me other wise plz tell me so, i was mainly wondering if the 96-97 would match up with a 98 civic, and if it really was plug in and play.
