Has anyone ever made one? I want to make one so I dont have to pay for a tow dolly anymore. I know there will have to be extensions past the bumper before anything can swivel up and down so it doesnt mess up the bumper. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
why not, Ive done it for years with my wife pulling and me in the car getting pulled. Just keep tension on the rope by useing brakes and use the car being pulled to stop the pulling car. ive never had a problem with it. although I have a car hauler now just because its nice to not have to have anyone with you to do it.

I know how to tow with a tow strap my wife and I also do it. Even with another honda being the tow vehicle. I have been running a shop out of my garage and I find that I need to tow the cars places that are far away, and I don't want to use a tow strap or pay for a tow dolley. Buying a trailer is not an option right know I am talking about a tow bar, like the one you see on the Big RV's that are towing a jeep or something.

I have pulled another civic with a civic, but it's really hard on it. My buddy lets me barrow his Ford Explore when ever I want, I just dont want to buy a trailer. So I am going to try to make a tow bar.
