Default help get bumper off

dont know how common this problem is but on my EG the 5 screws that hold the bumper on the car are on there TIGHT!!!!!!
ive put my whole body on the screwdriver and tried to turn it and it would not come undone.
finally went and bought the craftsman striped screw remover or whatever as well as a drill piece that just drills a whole through it.
i first tired the craftsman thing and my drill wasnt strong enough and it just didnt move.
so i decided to drill a whole through the screw and hope maybe it would come out.
ok i finally have a whole in the screw but its freakin stuck in there still..do you guy have any ideas of to how i could get that thing out? i was thinking JB weld it to maybe a smaller screw then unscrew that?
thanks

I think he's talking about the philips head screws on top.

If you allready have it drilled, I would just use a bigger one to drill the head off, then remove the rest of it when the bumper is out of the way.
