i saw dis 5th gen lude on youtube that has axleback removed from n1 cat back exhaust. it sounded very racy but not ricey at all.
i hab apexi n1 cat back too(on 5th lude) and its really loud and deep. i lost dat racy sound when i had just intake. also lost power at lower rpm. whats an axleback? will my car sound differen if i remove an axle back? and any lude owners got their mods specs? thx

 

a axel back is and muffler and pipe that bolts to the exhaust at the rear wheels

if you rock the silencer you get back some of that lower rpm power

 

Yeah, I noticed that on my butt dyno

I have the vibrant axle back and it sounds wicked. A little loud so I put the silencer in and you can only really hear it when you hit the gas, than it sounds like a 5 litre mustange ffs.
