I've gotta chime in for Tein Basics! They are awsome on the street. They ride faily smooth, but don't compromise agressiveness. I love mine and i'm sure you would too. Tein for the win

When I say agressiveness, I mean on the street. They ride really smooth and are more agressive than stock, but don't expect to track them and school the Auto-Xers. For your budget and intened use for your new setup, I think they are just what you are looking for...

For about the same price you can get koni G/C Combo, which can work well for both street and track.... .why waste money on anything else?
If you end up making it a track only car.... you can always revalve and increase spring weight for not too much more money.

i thnk im jst going to go with the ground control setup....it seems like the best bet. either that or PIC setup. they both are good. thanks for coments and advice. keep em comin cuz i might change my mind lol
Keep in mind the PIC Apex's (which fit under your budget) do not feature adjustable damping, so you won't have that adjustment like you were looking for. Honestly I don't think it's necessary for a street car, but PM me if you'd like a more specific answer.
