ls block ctr pistons new oem bearings mircopolished ls crank ls rods shootpeeded b16 head with type r valvetrain and blox intake manifold , itr throttlebody, prelude obd1 injectors msd 2 step b16 tranny with 6 puck clutch itr flywheel with obx lsd skunk 2 stage 2 cams
poor mans type r
same b16 head as above but gsr block with ctr pistons balanced gsr crank shootpeeded gsr rods b16 tranny with 6 puck clutch itr flywheel with obx lsd skunk 2 stage 2 cams
all i want is about how much hp on a dyno for both? and which would run harder ?

dont know too much about dyno numbers but i can say anywhere from 165hp-200hp to the wheels
id go with the second option as far as which one would run harder
