Are all ITR's 5 lug?
I was under the assumption that all ITR's are 5 lug. Are some year's 4 lug?
Just asking because I saw what I thought was an ITR today. Had the ITR spoiler, decals, and everything, but it was 4 lug?
Could it just be a DC4 owner who attempted a half *** conversion?

JDM '96 spec R's are 4 lug
Not the same 4 lug as most other civics and integras. (4X114 is the ITR, and 4X100 is pretty much everything else but Preludes)
Unless the car you saw was RHD, most likely a converted DC4. Of course, with all the stripped R shells running around, could have been anything really.
But to answer your original question, yes, some ITR's are 4 lug.

wtf?
98 spec jdm itrs are faster than 96 spec jdm itr's, the only thing again 5lug is the breaks are heavier and the wheels are heavier.
so if your talking about an all out 1/4 mile car yes if you put on 92 civic vx brakes on it will go faster
