Default alarm wiring

so i installed my 95 gsr motor into my 93 integra gs and everything is hooked up- i am using the stock wiring harness and the car wont do anything the lights inside come on but it doesnt turn over ro anything- when i pulled the stock ls out my friend cut the wires to the horn for the alarm- im wondering if there was anyway that could be the reason- if so any ideas how to fix it?

You have other problems. Check wiring, relays, and pay special attention to grounds. I might be mistaken, but that generation change brought about a new version of OBD. Are you using the proper ECU?

wiring is all plugged in- 95 gsr is obd1 the integra chassis is obd1 also- i wired the gsr witht he factory ls wiring harness and pinned vtec to the p28 ecu.... i have both my grounds- one to the valve cover and one to the tranny.... everything is hooked up property but it wont turn over- the car fired right up 2 weeks ago with the stock motor in and so did the gsr in the last car it was in so i dont see the problem

that is incorrect....obd1 integras run from 1992 through 1995, but obviously the harness is different between vtec/non-vtec

i don't think that's the problem because the only difference would be that it has vtec wires right? correct me if i'm wrong. but i don't think it's the alarm. but i could be wrong, because i helped my friend do the exact same swap and his alarm worked fine, even his remote start worked as well.
