Default polyurethane or rubber bushings???

I"m getting mixed answers on this one. Most of my bushings are trashed and I was going to get the full energy bushing kit and have the car done. But now I'm hearing that I should get just rubber. Sorry I have a 91 CRX daily driven street car. Anyway the person that told me to go with the rubber owns a good alignment shop and seems to know his ****. Someone said that Mugen has a bushing kit but I can't find it anywhere. Any recommendations or a link to where I can find the Mugen bushing kit.

Do you ever wonder why someone would run polyurethane bushings on a street car?

thats not really an answer. The car is far from stock and my bushings are toasted. So again I'm wondering which would be better, also if anyone has a link to the Mugen bushing kit. I have a hook up through work on the Energy master kit. I can get that for $95. But if the rubber is going to be better I'd rather spend the extra money. So again, if someone could provide me with more insight than the "do you ever wonder" answer I would greatly appreciate it.

Stick with stock rubber or Mugen. I've used poly and it can cause many unwanted problems. The biggest in my opinion is that the stock or Mugen bushings allow the suspension to articulate the way it was designed. Changes in toe for example are important to high speed stability and poly will not allow these necessary movements.

You can find all Mugen products from King Motor Sports. We're having all Mugen bushings pressed into a 99Si now. The first set of Mugen bushings were pressed in, in 2001.
