I HAVE A 90 HATCH AND I WANNA TAKE THE BACK SEATS OUT , IVE HEARD OF SOME KIND OF CLIP THAT U MOVE BUT I COULDNT FIGURE IT OUT .

 

There are two clips that you have to pull off. One on each side. Look at your seats at the pivot point closest to the side panels of the car. There should be a little black clip that should just pull right out. Should be able to take the seats out once you get those clips off.

 

Use a needle nose plyers to grab hold of the clip and pull it straight back. Once it is out, push the seat towards the outside of the car and it will come off the pivot pins. Do this on both sides. Once that is done, in the center of the back of the bottom seat, there is a single bolt that holds donw a clip. It is a 10mm I think. Remove it, then tip the bottm seat up towards the front of the car, out it comes.
