Default Intake manifold torque specs?

I'm about to finish up installing the IMG. I've searched for quite some time now and cannot find the torque specs for the bolts that hold the manifold to the head. I have found where one person didn't torque it down enough and ended up ruining their motor. Coolant would get between the gasket and enter the combustion chamber. Also to anyone else who has done this. Did you use any kind of sealant on the gasket? I noticed the flimsy OEM one had no trace of sealant.

I was taking my time so I used the DIY from 8thcivic. I removed the front brace which gave me MUCH more room to work. Taking my time it took about 2.5 hours. Biggest pain was actually removing the manifold after all the bolts were out. I didn't remove the two studs so the side of the manifold closest to the accessory belt would catch on a bracket. Just a little patience got it off. I'm still paranoid about coolant entering the manifold that I won't be able to see. I haven't seen where anyone uses sealant as of yet.

You wouldn't happen to know the tightening sequence would you? Also, is it suggested to use any kind of gasket sealer in this installation?

"tighten the bolts and nuts in a crisscross pattern in three steps, beginning with the inner bolt" hahah is that good enough for you

no sealant! no problem! I removed the top stud and replaced it with a bolt for future brake down so I would not need to mess with the idle pulley.
