Well I have now joined 90% of Americans in the wonderful world of debt. I bought my self a house this weekend The realtor called today and told me they accepted my bid for $198,000 (which comes out to $1980 a month ) So untill i get a roommate, I'm only going to be able to buy a part here and there.

I'm try to get it closed before the 20th and if so we will burn it down and **** the neighbor off. However, it says in the contract that closing is the 24th I did tell them I would like it before the weekend of the 20th so we'll see.

How many rooms, what's the square footage? In my town, 198k gets you about a 3/1.5 1500 SqFt house in the ghetto... I feel Yoshi's pain to some extent.

Air Tools rock your nads! I have a decent compressor (2 hp, 20 gal tank, 220v) for sale. I just bought a 6hp 60 gal craftsman industiral stand up one. Talk about rocking nads... that thing rules!!!!

It's a 3/2.5 2 story (though the 1 bedroom down stairs is more like an office) 1900 sqft +over 400 sqft garage in a pretty nice gated comunitty about 5 minutes from the beach

My dad bougth like a 300gal 40hp bad *** aircompressor and is give me his old 25gal one The tools are just so damn expensive.
