P28 in 99 civic
I put my P28 ecu with the conversion harness in my 99 dx and the idle is a bit jumpy and when ever i release the gas the car kinda jerks, im pretty sure this is because of the IACv if not what u guys think, and if it is what can be done to fix this. Also i might be crazy but it seems the car is a bit slower is this possible?
its a d16y7 for now im building up a y8 project but i wanted to install the ecu so i can wire my gauges to the conversion harness so i dont have to cut up the factory harness
try disconnecting the ckp sensor plug near the end of the timing cover, its the wire that goes under the timing cover. it has 3 wires coming out of the plug. mine did the same thing

Put the old ecu back in and run it until your done with the y8. Then you can run the p28.
