Yes, the hangers and axleback fitment are quite similiar, but not 100%. Ive fit an integra comptech axleback onto my civic without much trouble. The only modifications needed were to bend the hangers a little to one side and forward, and it sits fine. The bend and flange angle is dead on

Yup, it helps to have a small propane torch (about $14 at a local hardware store) to heat them up, and use channel locks + hammer to bend them.
Before going thru with this, i would suggest also getting 2 new exhaust flange bolts at any local car store: The back two axleback bolts tend to be very rusted and snap right in two.
Once your current axleback is off, put the integra one in place, and you'll see how it has to be modified, its not hard at all.

I am doing the same thing. An SI mid pipe to a DC GSR muffler. I have to run a EX header and test pipe to make it work. I might see some more miles out of a full tank.

I have a 4 door GSR axleback on my ek sedan currently.. it fit about 98% perfectly. I had to do a little bending of the hangers to get the muffler completely centered but other than that its pretty alright

Integra 2 door Im really unsure about..

Last time i checked, exhaust has little effect on milage unless you are running a clogged Cat. Otherwise gas mileage should be determined by driver habits, efficiency of ignition and proper motor tune-ups on a scheduled basis.
