This is my 2nd car in like 6 months that's been taken from me. I am completely immune to all the car jackings in this area now. You just can't own a modded car anymore in Chicago. I lived in the Gold Cost where my hatch got stolen... now I live in Lincoln Park and my coupe gets stolen. Left and right my friends who live in Chicago get either their stuff stolen or worse the whole car. Just a few weeks ago my friend was sleeping over at my apartment and someone stole his amber corners... wtf?

What's ridiculous is that it's nearly all stock, only mod was it's lowered, Apexi WS exhaust and it has GSR blades with Honda caps... which I just got hours before it was stolen SERIOUSLY.

Thanks, but no need... I'm not sorry, sad nor mad. If anything I'm just confused as to why they would take a near stock DX civic coupe with rust?

So no one should 'feel sorry'... it's no big deal really.
If anything, this is just another reminder for all Chicagoians to keep your vehicles safe. I bit the bullet again....

wow man I can't believe it. They must've thought you had a swap or something in it. Check the pound on sacramento blvd. I'm pretty sure you'll find it there with a busted ignition and no wheels. I recovered two of my integra's over there. One was completely stripped, the other was just missing the motor and wheels.

I only had liability... same with this so no insurance pay-off. But hey, it's like 22/month.

Yea Ken, imagine that. I didn't even get a chance to see the car with those wheels in the daytime.. a expletiveing shame.

 

Update:

Cops found it abandoned on the SE side of Chicago near Stony Island.
Went to go see it, basically looked like a white tin can, motor there but the ignition was all jacked up so I had the city take the title over.
Thieves painted: 'Thank you' on the car.

dude i scene ur eg here in milwaukee a couple a months back how long ago did they take it. I saw it on 26th and lincoln in milwaukee's south side. on the right side of the street infront of these mhong people's house.

Middle of Jan (around 15th) to late Jan.
