Itr or ctr.. on a stock B16 they will do the same thing. You only need to use the Intake cam, The exhaust are all about the same

 

True, the ctr intake cam has a fraction bigger profile to it. Exhaust's are basically the same.

 

what he said most b series exhaust cams have same profile but the ctr intake cam is the most aggresive oem cam you can get. have you thought about after market cams a mild one if your on a budget you can pick up some bloxbs for cheap, if not look into rocket m22x or bc3s or bc4s
