the complete 5 speed gsr tranny/engine, flywheel/clutch, manual axles, half shaft, shift linkage, 5 speed starter, clutch hard line, clutch slave and master cylinders, auto-manual tranny bracket or go to honda and purchase the weldable chassis bracket, 5 speed pedals, wire up vtecand IAB's, rear tranny bracket, torque mounts, 5 speed ecu. I think that covers most of it. when I did mine I didnt wire anything for the auto-manual. I just left the shift mechanism in park the whole time. hope this helps,Surge
