Alingment is always good.
But if the camber is out, not much you can do about it anyways.

wait a few days and let the springs settle in. you can even go drive on some bumpy roads and swerve hard to settle them in faster if you wish. then get the alignment. your toe could be off (i know mine was when i installed the spoons). camber isn't the issue. not that much of a drop to be worried about camber.
