Default Pittsburgh meet outcome

I have a few pictures that I'll get up soon. It was good to meet all of you, but we need to work on these meets! We've got to have another one when more people can show up. Black R's owned the day... with a grand total of 3.

I also saw a yellow R later on tonight on Saxonburg or maybe Harts Run Rd. But it was dark and I coudn't see the driver.

Chris, who think that we should have a tri-state meet, Ohio, PA and WV. Mabe get another SoCal'er to show up....

Oh man! If I knew about this, I would ask you guys to goto Mid-Ohio for the Speedvision round 4 races. I was on 76E and 80E tonight, maybe it was me?

I doubt it, this was on some back roads around Pittsburgh. I would so be down to meet in Ohio, I know Speedpak will be in the area too.

Hey now...there was a grand total of 5 ITR's, two CL's, a Civic, and a prelude.

3 Black
1 PY
1 CW (even though he wasn't in our group)

Brandon - who is trying to find the positives

I say we have a meet out in Schenley Park again....and again...and again...

I wish Park & Rec would let us rent out the entire park for one day. Think of all the little squirrels we would scare with the sound of VTEC rip-roaring through the entire place.

I think by far the funniest thing the entire day happened after the meet. Another Type-R (don't know you're screen name) and I got lost and finally got going the right way. A Mustang came flying up my *** and sat there trying to provoke me. I let him pass on the left and I immediately followed lighting my VTEC right behind the 5.0 growl. There was a lil traffic ahead so I slowed down.

Well the guy in the 'Stang was impatient...cut into the right farthest lane (3-lane-change) and floored it. Little did he know it was an exit ramp and not a third lane. We heard him lock all four tires and flew right off the ramp doing about 80mph...went into the grass, hit a flower bed, nose went up in the air four feet, rear tires came right after, then nosed into the ground. I bet he was like right afterwards.

I have no pity for dumb street racers.

Let us CL guys know when you have another meet/autox/event. We're looking to see what these monsters can do with the 260hp+ under the hood.

PS: Brandon, don't forget about the CBR...it's a Honda too.

PPS: Yos...hurry up and post those pics of Brandon doing this

Oh man, that's gonna start some . Actually we were all admiring it a bit until we saw the tail lights, sideskirts, and sub/amp combo in the back. Car was lowered too (which I don't think you can tell), but it all added to the "bing bling" aspect. If this is your car...trust me we are cool with it, just having fun . Mind you we had a couple of 's

I wouldn't call it a kill per say...I wasn't trying to race him with all that traffic. I would say it's a more of a suicide than anything.

Brandon, no need to cover your ***...you know why you gave it the thumbs down for a reason because that's one crappy *** ITR. Who in their right minds would do that to an ITR? I wouldn't.

Renting out part of the schenly park...alright your rich boys...fork out the money!!! That would be an awesome place to drive and meet up. We should enter our cars in the vintage race held every summer...hahahah...we win with our magic juice, VTEC.

I had a great night, with dinner and desert oh plus the drive in between...there's nothing more fun then having a run at the park when you bump into a five-o before and after the run.

whatever, mr. full interior w/cage and subwoofer :-p

of course, that giant almost-a-hole in your door is pretty hardass...and the one in your fender...you should put the fux0red lip and other stuff from your various encounters with hard objects back on.

I've got 2 nice dings on my pass. door now, and a couple of scratches....i appear to have lost a stripe of paint near a wheel this weekend, rock probbaly.

glad you guys had fun, we should do a track event sometime...beaverun needs to open up soon.

I agree with that, I want to track race soon. Just concentrating now on stiffening everything up, and tuning here and there. Haven't even made any auto-x's this year
