Ok so its a d16y8 with obd0 si mani, dizzy, etc... the ecu is a b16a ecu (obd0). When I take off it sputters until about 3k rpms then its smooth pulls fine runs fine(had this problem before and it was the plugs) until about 5500-6k it starts boggin and hesitating. Now vtec has never worked on this motor since It was put in the crx and I am throwing codes 21, 6 and , 17 . Like I stated before I used to sputter upt to 3k and it was the plugs fixed it before and that was about a month ago. When it started doin it again I thought maybe I was fouling plugs because of my leaky injectors(fixed now) well I fixed those went ahead and did a oil change ,seafoamed the motor, and changed the plugs and its still sputtering and after I did all that stuff is when it started strugglin above 5k . Any ideas I'm thinking it could be the dizzy,cap rotor etc...
