i changed my fuel pump and fuel filter BUT the fuel is stopping at the fuel filter and not going into the fuel line?? anyone know whats wrong

How do you know that for sure? That the fuel is stopping at the filter and not reaching the or going through the fuel lines..I couldnt begin to guess, but i'd probably say the line at the fuel pump itself may be severely kinked. CAn you smell any fuel as soon as you turn the key and the pump kicks in?

 

ok... at the fuel filter theres two hoses; one from the tank and one going to the manifold.... the hose coming from the tank is getting fuel BUT the hose going to the manifold does not make any progress

Have you had someone turn the key over while you check to see if that hose may be the problem? Like having the hose somewhat loose to see if any fuel comes out as soon as the pump turns on?

 

I did that already.The only hose that's releasing fuel is the one coming from the tank.and the other hose going through the fuel line releases nothing.
