got a 90 civic lx, dist went out.
forgot to look at the numbers stamped on the housing.
got 1 from a friend it worked for a few months. now that 1 is out.
the numbers on the second one is - td 01u 1h26-
craigslist got a few for sale, which 1 will work.
td 01u 0812 ?
td 42u 4817 ?

then found theres a short sumwhere.
found part of the prob. wire from batt 2 da starter is bad.
gota find the other half.

 

I just went through all this distributor stuff with my 90 EX. I think as long as you get a distributor from a 88-91 1.5 DPFI motor (DX, LX), and not a 1.6 MPFI (EX,SI), you will be fine. I am about 95% positive on this. The CL ad should say what car it came from, or the person selling them should be able to tell you I'd hope.
