im pretty sure its a coolant sensor..

so i was messing with my car, trying to get the code 9 to stop being thrown by my distributor when i noticed a sensor on the water outlet that looks like it should have something plugged into it.. im pretty sure its a coolant sensor, but i can't find any thing that should be plugged into it..

should i be worried about trying to find a wire for this plug?

That's your coolant bleed screw. It's fine as-is.

LOL, yup just a bleeder. Lets air out of coolant system. I personally don't use it to bleed air.

thanks, guys.. i was worried there for a min.. im still trying to fix all the eff ups the previous owner made..

sounds as if you may be effing stuff up in the process.
