s2k seats -worth what?
I am looking at trading my buddy club seats for some s2k seats. How much are s2k seats worth? They are red with some minor wear on the drivers side. Out of an AP1 s2k.
Thoughts?

Not sure exactly how much they really go for, but IMO I would choose to go with the oem leather seats if they are in good condition. Nothings beats oem parts and throughout time their price might go up. Already they are like the number one stolen seats, so that kind of gives you an idea of how much people want them.

ok this is a total n00b thread, and NO ONE has even given an answer CLOSE to being correct.
unofficially, you can get S2000 seats in GOOD CONDITION anywhere from $700-$1,700+, depending on what "type" and "color" the s2000 seat is. some types are more rare than others. (i.e. the "two tone" black and red seat from an 05, or the front red, back black seats out of an 08.)
OFFICIALLY, a pair of new S2000 seats will cost you anywhere from 6-8 THOUSAND dollars, NOT including labor and installation for the seat. that is not a misprint.
If you own an older S2000, and your seats are stolen, many car insurance companies WILL consider your car TOTALED. this is not a myth. your car will at least have a salvage title.
