Since i got my ef8 the clock hasnt worked properly. The display reads very very dim and stays on like 3 o'clock. I've got 3 different clocks and none of them did anything. Fuses are all good, wiring to clock looks solid, female and male parts look fine, what else could it be? The clocks are good mind you.

None of the clocks in any of my EF's have worked properly I always assumed someone had spliced into the clock harness to wire up the stereo

May be the tinted window is faded ??

 

The only way it will show is if I hold the reset button. I'd like for everything in my car to work so its kinda frustrating.

 

MAy be that internally the traces for the wires on the clock chip are fried.
