Default car only runs on 2 cylinders and wont rev past 3500! need help. searched

i just got this 93 prelude si that has an h22a swap.. when i got the car at first it ran fine then on the way home it sputtered a little bit.. i stopped to get gas and when i went to start the car again it was only running on 2 cylinders.. like anyone would i checked coil, dizzy cap, rotor and plug wires still no luck..

while the car is running on 2 cylinders if i take #3 plug wire out and arc it off the plug tube the car smooths out and runs on all 4.. however allthough all 4 cylinders are working the car will not rev past 3500 rpm's

so bassically i need some help.. i have done some research and i figure it could be a few things..
1. map sensor but doubtful
2. tps sensor
3. cyp (cylinder position sensor) in dizzy?
4. bad ecu

if anyone has had problems simmilar to this please help... thanks

Have you checked the plugs?

What do you mean by having "checked" the dist and all?

i have replaced all plugs, wires, cap, rotor ... firing order is correct.. for some odd reason the car started running how it should today ? im confused at that ... the car had been sitting for a while , i kinda think it could have been a sticky fuel injector in cylinders 2 and 3 ....
the main reason i think this is because the car started running right and i hit the rev limiter (cuts fuel to the injectors) and it started doing it again...

i guess i will have to wait and see what happens with it cuz right now its just fine.....

it also threw cel 10? .. not sure what this is .Thanks for the help

a code 10 is intake air temp.
But by the sounds of it you should have more codes.
